Lancaster’s of
Gold Canyon guarantees that:

1. At the time of sale, the puppy is in
good health, is up to date on vaccinations, is free
of parasites and worms, is phenotypic to the breed
and displays normal or expected breed traits and
behavior.

2. If your
puppy develops Parvo or Distemper
within the first 72 hours of leaving our home, as diagnosed by a
certified veterinarian, then Lancaster's of Gold Canyon will: |

Take the puppy back and provide a full refund
|
| |
or |
|
|
Refund part or all of reasonable vet care costs up to
the price paid for the puppy (after insurance payments
are made, if applicable) |

or |
|
|
Take the puppy back and replace with another puppy from
our kennel, if possible, or from another reputable
breeder, if not possible. |

| |
3. If your
puppy, in the first 12 months of life, is found to have a genetic
problem that according to a certified veterinarian would limit
its pet quality, then Lancaster’s of Gold Canyon will: |

|
|
Refund 50% of the purchase price |
| |
or |
|
|
Take the
puppy back and replace with one from our next
litter at discount of 50%
off the price of the puppy at that time. |

| |
4. Any other health issues will be handled on an
individual basis. |
| |
|
| |
5. If within
7 days of purchase, for whatever reason, you and your puppy
decide you are not meant for each other, then we will take the
puppy back and refund the purchase price less $100.
