INTRODUCTION
 

 
 
We are a small family owned kennel.  Our dogs are part of our family.  We breed primarily for temperament and health with the goal of providing exceptional companion dogs.  We do not show our dogs, however there are many champions in their pedigrees.  We rely on the breed standard for guidance.
 

 
Our puppies are raised in our home and intensely socialized from birth until natural weaning.  This ensures a puppy that is confident and well equipped to handle stress throughout its lifetime.
 

 

Availability of our puppies is very limited and every effort will be made to find the best match for all concerned. 

     

INTRODUCTION
 

 
Our puppies are gently handled from the first day of life and socialization is our primary goal.  The puppies are exposed to other dogs, cats, birds, kids, adults and the usual sounds of a busy home.
 

 
 
 
We do not “force wean” according to a calendar – we let the dam and her puppies decide when they’re ready.  This allows the puppies the opportunity to learn from the dam and helps the development of self-imposed self-control.  As the dam is a much better teacher/trainer than any human, we try to let her do what she does best and the puppies and their future human companions will benefit from this additional time well spent.
 

Our puppies are vet checked, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.
 

Our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration.  Spaying and/or neutering is strongly encouraged.
 

 
Included with each puppy is an information packet with the puppy’s pedigree, notes about his/her birth and infancy, puppy pictures, training and breed information, AKC registration paperwork, and a sample of the food that the puppy was weaned to.
